Tours are scheduled Monday through Friday and offer parents an opportunity to experience our school in action, meet members of our educational leadership team, and discuss each family's individual needs. When is my child eligible to apply?Transitional Kindergarten applicants:
Applicants to our Transiition Kindergarten program should turn 4 years old by September 30th of their incoming TK year.Kindergarten applicants:
Applicants to our kindergarten program should turn five years old by December 31st of their incoming kindergarten year.Application Deadline: The Kindergarten application deadline is December 31.We encourage you to begin the admissions process well before the application deadline of December 31th.
Applications submitted after the deadline will continue to be considered on a space-available basis. Carmel Academy welcomes applications for all grade levels.Application Forms:
To be considered for admission, please submit the following:
- A completed application form
- A $100 fee for a Core application and $250 for a PALS application
- A copy of your child's birth certificate
- After completing the application, you will have access to upload teacher recomendations, recent school reports and monitor your progress through the admissions process.
Once we receive all the pertinent infomation, we will be in touch to schedule your child's screening and/or day visit at Carmel Academy. How to Create a myCarmel Account:

- Start your application form.
- Select the blue "Create Account" link to create a myCarmel username and password.
- After entering your basic information, select the "Create Account" button.
- Our system may recognize you by your email address. Hello again!
- If the system recognizes your email address, your email address will be highlighted in red after you press submit.
- If this occurs, select the "Forgot Login?" button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address to receive an automatic reply containing your myCarmel username and password.
- Once you receive a myCarmel username and password you will have access to complete the online application, upload teacher recomendations, recent school reports and monitor your progress through the admissions process.
