Admissions

Welcome

Welcome to Carmel Academy! We are a unique religiously-diverse Jewish day school serving students from K-8th grades. We welcome and honor students from every Jewish household.

We strive to cultivate each child’s intellectual, social and emotional development, achieving academic excellence and a deep connection to Jewish wisdom and tradition. Carmel Academy is a values-based community. Gratitude, truth, integrity, learning/teaching, responsibility, conflict-resolution and loving kindness are values we live and teach everyday on our campus.

Our dedicated faculty and low student-to-faculty ratio are just part of what makes the Carmel experience unique. In both general studies and Judaic studies, Carmel Academy provides rich, rigorous, and meaningful learning opportunities that foster thinking and action far beyond the classroom walls. We strive to awaken your child’s curiosities. And help them to develop a lifelong love of learning.

Carmel Academy families form an active and connected community with a shared set of values that include, a desire to provide their children with an academically excellent learning environment with a soul. Our deep connection to Jewish traditions, Israel and the Jewish people fosters a strong Jewish identity in each child.

Carmel Academy graduates have developed all the skills to succeed in high school, and make a difference in the world. Our graduates have an impressive record of acceptances at both private secular and Jewish schools as well as public school honors programs. Our graduates are committed to life-long learning and embody the values of Carmel Academy.

We look forward to meeting your family and invite you to schedule a tour of the campus and our unique school. Our Admissions Calendar and Events page lists other opportunities in which you can experience the Carmel Academy firsthand.
